Ladders is seeking a Director Of Road Network North America to lead middle mile strategy across North America, focusing on route optimization, cost discipline, and service performance. This remote US-based role partners with logistics providers to improve execution, revenue, and customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has extensive transportation and logistics leadership, strong analytics, and P&L management experience, with cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in transportation and logistics with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
• 10+ years of progressive supervisory and management experience in transportation and logistics.
• Strong analytical skills and leadership experience managing teams across multiple locations.
• Proficiency in P&L management and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize middle mile operations, including route planning and cost reduction.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers and ensure performance standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align supply chain operations with customer satisfaction goals.
• Develop and present tailored logistics solutions to customers to drive revenue and maximize capacity utilization.
• Lead and manage logistics staff to ensure effective execution of strategic plans.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to monitor network efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and service levels.
