Job summary

Valar Atomics is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to build and own the operational backbone of our legal function as we scale. You will manage cap tables, NDAs, vendor agreements, and entity housekeeping across subsidiaries, while implementing and administering CMS/CLM and insurance programs.

You will collaborate with GC, Finance, HR, and business teams to create scalable self-service processes and SOPs, ensuring rigor and speed in a fast-growing, hard-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in legal operations or corporate paralegal work.
• Experience managing a capitalization table using Carta or Pulley.
• Experience drafting and managing NDAs and other routine commercial agreements.
• Experience with entity management across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience managing corporate insurance programs and policy renewals.
• Experience implementing, administering, or supporting a CMS/CLM.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's capitalization table using Pulley or Carta.
• Draft, review, and manage NDAs and other routine vendor agreements.
• Own entity management and corporate housekeeping for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Manage the company's corporate insurance programs and renewals.
• Lead the onboarding and ongoing administration of a CMS/CLM system and train users.
• Build, maintain, and iterate on legal playbooks, templates, and SOPs for scalable self-service.
• Track regulatory filing deadlines and support export control processes (ITAR, EAR, DOE Part 810).
• Assist with board and stockholder matters, including consents and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve legal operations processes and systems as the company scales.
