Aligned Labs is a remote-first US-based firm seeking an experienced attorney to lead large, strategic legal projects for top AI clients. The role involves directing expert teams, shaping project structures, and ensuring client satisfaction across complex, high-volume engagements.

You will work closely with the COO/CEO to define strategies, oversee senior attorneys and legal experts, and maintain high standards of deliverables and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experienced litigator or appellate lawyer with strong client service mindset.
• Proficiency with AI tools and data-driven decision making is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional legal teams and manage large client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define project strategy and translate client goals into structured legal projects.
• Own large-scale client engagements from kickoff to delivery and serve as primary client contact.
• Design onboarding and training processes for expert lawyers and ensure consistent quality.
