EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior QA lead to drive game quality assurance as a strategic advisor for presales and client engagements. You will architect custom QA solutions for top studios and establish the operational frameworks enabling AAA and AA titles to launch with confidence.

You will partner with business development, own discovery, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver automation, compliance, and scalable QA delivery across PC, Console, and Mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Game QA with leadership experience.
• Presales or consulting experience designing QA solutions.
• Experience launching AAA titles across PC/Console/Mobile.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD to lead client pitches, design bespoke QA solutions, and draft Statements of Work.
• Own the discovery and onboarding phase for new engagements, map workflows, platform compliance, and automation needs.
• Advise on automation, CI/CD integration, and risk management across title portfolios.
• Forecast staffing, establish SLAs, and optimize delivery frameworks for QA teams.
• Present QA metrics and compliance risks to executives to support launch decisions.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to strategic growth.
