Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Test Analyst to elevate automated quality practices for complex game systems by advancing test scripting, analysis, and pipeline reliability. You will collaborate with engineers to deliver stable automation results and improve developer workflows.

You will translate manual test requirements into executable specs, mentor peers, and guide automation tool usage across AAA game projects in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years quality engineering or software testing experience.
• Senior-level ownership and technical mentorship skills.
• Excellent communication skills for clear technical documentation and stakeholder alignment.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
• CI/CD integration experience with tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins.
• Game testing experience across AAA development phases.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Design sophisticated automated tests for complex game systems.
• Expand automation coverage where manual testing is inefficient.
• Extend existing automated scripts to keep pace with feature changes.
• Improve test reliability by identifying and fixing flaky or unstable checks.
• Analyze automation logs to isolate intermittent issues.
• Collaborate with engineers to provide automated reproduction steps and context.
• Monitor automation pipeline health and execution efficiency within CI/CD.
• Translate manual test requirements into executable technical specifications.
• Advise the studio on effective use of automation tools and frameworks.
