Qualifications

• 15+ years in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning with leadership experience.
• Proven track record in developing planning strategies within insurance or investment firms.
• Expertise in addressing complex needs of high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
• Strong grasp of integrating life insurance, annuities, and investment solutions into holistic financial plans.
• Ability to simplify complex financial concepts into actionable solutions for clients and advisors.
• Experience leveraging technology and data to enhance planning quality and productivity.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
