Ladders is seeking a Finance & Strategy Analyst to join our team remotely from the United States. The role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and business partnership, with a strong focus on forecasting, variance analysis, and decision support for key product areas.

You will translate complex financial data into actionable insights for cross-functional leaders and influence outcomes through clear storytelling.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical role.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive Insights.
• Ability to collaborate with non-finance teams to validate assumptions and present analyses.
• Demonstrated skill in identifying financial trends and risks independently.
• Accuracy in financial close processes and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with generative AI for enhancing workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue forecasting and variance analysis for key consumer trading activities
• Manage financial deliverables for product lines within the business
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for revenue and expenses
• Proactively investigate financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
• Lead month-end close processes and conduct variance analysis
• Present financial analysis during business reviews to cross-functional stakeholders
