Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Director, Head of Product, or similar leadership role for client programmes.
• Strong consultancy background with 5+ years in a reputable firm preferred.
• Expertise in product discovery and delivery with measurable market outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build and maintain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as a commercial leader to identify, develop, and close new product business opportunities across the UK, US and Western European markets.
• Build and nurture a network of strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership activities.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from discovery to delivery, ensuring client needs and business outcomes are met.
• Lead multidisciplinary global teams to deliver product solutions and ensure service consistency.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product to set the vision and strategy for initiatives globally.
• Grow the Product team through recruitment, mentoring and career development.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs for the team.
