Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years in software or performance engineering.
- 3+ years leading engineering teams.
- Proven experience leading performance testing for large-scale enterprise apps.
- Hands-on with monitoring/observability tools.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise performance engineering strategy and roadmap.
- Lead a centralized team delivering performance testing, validation, and optimization.
- Partner with Architecture, DevOps, SRE, and Product teams to embed performance in SDLC.
- Oversee cloud performance engineering across AWS and Azure.
