Horizon3.ai seeks a Platform Leader to own and grow the Client Platform team, responsible for NodeZero runners, OTA updates, and secure container images. You will guide two sub-teams, ensure reliable software in customer environments, and partner with security researchers.

This remote-first role requires building a high-performance engineering culture, defining norms, and delivering strong CI/CD and supply chain security capabilities at scale.

Formación

• Demonstrated leadership building and growing engineering teams.
• Experience designing and operating containerized software in customer environments.
• Experience with secure software supply chains and image signing.

Responsabilidades

• Team Building & Culture: Build and mentor Client Platform to ~10 engineers; manage Engineering Managers; set technical and cultural direction.
• Image Build & Release: Lead CI/CD to publish NodeZero runner image; own software supply chain security, reproducible builds, image signing, SBOMs, vulnerability scanning.
• OTA Services: Architect and operate OTA update delivery across thousands of environments; ensure reliability and security.
• Security Research Partnership: Collaborate with Security Research to integrate new autonomous pentest capabilities.
• Act as a Product Owner: Partner with product managers and customers to manage the client-side roadmap.
