Job summary

CAC I International is seeking a Senior Consultant (HCM Analytics & BI Developer) to design, develop, and maintain real-time workforce analytics for a federal HCM modernization program using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. You will deliver OTBI, BIP, and OAC dashboards with 508 accessibility across EHRI/GHRR data submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in BI/analytics or enterprise reporting.
• 5+ years in BI development, analytics, or enterprise reporting.
• 3+ years with OTBI, BI Publisher, or similar tools.
• SQL proficiency with large HR/HCM data sets.
• Experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations.
• Understanding of workforce metrics and 508/WCAG accessibility compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop OTBI dashboards and workforce analytics (headcount, hiring metrics, turnover, demographics).
• Build BI Publisher reports for EHRI, GHRR, SF-113, and agency requirements.
• Create OAC dashboards using predictive and comparative analytics.
• Configure HCM Extracts for bulk data and downstream systems.
• Deliver accessible reporting and data visualizations (508/WCAG).
• Collaborate with HR/IT teams to translate analytics needs into reporting specs.
• Support agencies with reporting templates, data transitions, and analytics training.
