Job summary

CACI is seeking an HCM Analytics & BI Developer to support a large-scale federal HCM modernization program. The role focuses on designing and maintaining analytics across OTBI, BIP, OAC, and HCM Extract to deliver real-time workforce insights and compliant reporting.

Primarily remote with up to 10% travel, you will collaborate with government stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable dashboards and data models, ensuring accessibility and governance across the HR analytics ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field and 4+ years in BI development, analytics, or reporting for enterprise systems.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, or equivalent enterprise BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL for analytical HR/HCM data models; strong dashboard development with drill-downs and filters.

Responsibilities

• Design OTBI analyses and dashboards with real-time workforce metrics across multiple federal agencies.
• Create BIP reports and templates for EHRI/GHRR and SF-113 reporting needs.
• Develop OAC dashboards with predictive analytics and cross-agency insights.
• Configure HCM Extracts for bulk data extraction and downstream data warehouse loads.
• Build org charts and self-service analytics interfaces for HR teams.
• Ensure accessibility and WCAG 2.1AA compliance for all outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
