Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, and data platforms, plus strong stakeholder management and a track record of leading analytics teams. This remote US-based role includes travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience leading or managing analytics, BI, or data teams.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
• Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Guide BI analysts and account teams, establish best practices, and provide training on BI platforms.
• Client & Stakeholder Partnership: Advise clients on analytics strategies and manage expectations.
• BI Platform & Product Leadership: Lead BI initiatives, ensure dashboards meet requirements, collaborate with platform teams.
• Analytics Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Develop analytics roadmaps with clients and balance short-term vs long-term needs.
• Data & Technical Oversight: Manage data mapping, backlogs, data dictionaries, and integration with enterprise data platforms.
• Advanced Analytics & Optimization: Oversee AI tools usage and model optimization, ensure documentation.
