Qualifications

• Mandatory CRC and CPC credentials.
• Minimum of 3 years of HCC Risk Adjustment coding experience.
• Proficient in E/M coding knowledge and CMS-HCC Risk Adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Review AWV, CPE, and HCC recapture opportunities.
• Identify documentation impacting E/M Medical Decision Making.
• Work independently in a remote outpatient environment.
