Highmark Health is seeking a remote Risk Adjustment coder to handle HCC coding for MA, ACA, and ESRD projects. You will work with physicians and teams to ensure accurate coding in CMS guidelines and RPM initiatives.

The role requires CPC/CRC/CCS/RHIT certs, 3 years of HCC coding experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Remote office-based position with travel 0-25% as needed.

Formación

• 3 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing experience.
• 5 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing preferred.
• CPC, CRC, CCS, RHIT certifications are required to some extent.

Responsabilidades

• Performs HCC coding on MA, ACA, and ESRD projects; flexes between models and projects.
• Assists with Regulatory Audits by performing first coding review and chart ranking.
• Participates on ad-hoc projects and provides recommendations for process improvements.
• Engages in RPM coding educational meetings and annual coding Summit.
• Other duties as assigned.
