The role covers CMS guidelines, RPM projects, and process improvements while maintaining HIPAA compliance in a remote setting. Requires 3 years of HCC coding experience and CPC/CRC/CCS/RHIT certifications.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing
• 5 years HCC coding and/or coding and billing (preferred)

• Performs HCC coding on MA, ACA, and ESRD projects.
• Flexes between coding models and supports RPM coding.
• Adheres to CMS guidelines and Highmark policies for coding decisions.
• Participates in RPM coding education and coding Summit.
• Other duties as assigned.
