Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking an experienced HCC Coding Quality Specialist to review the accuracy of HCC mappings and RxHCCs, ensuring documentation supports codes per Medicare and ICD-10-CM guidelines.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HCC auditing and 3+ years in HCC coding, AHIMA or AAPC certification (CPC/CRC/CCS/CCS-P), with global experience preferred. Remote US-based, full-time role with privacy compliance and strong training support.

Qualifications

• Certified through AHIMA or AAPC (CPC/CRC/CCS/CCS-P)
• 3+ years HCC coding experience
• 2+ years HCC auditing experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure codes are supported by documentation and follow Medicare/ICD-10-CM guidelines
• Provide feedback to coders to learn from errors
• Maintain a 95%+ quality score and productivity
• Create training materials (PowerPoints)
• Maintain privacy and security compliance
