Job summary

Arion Care Solutions is hiring an HCBS Coordinator in the Phoenix area to support the DD team and ensure compliant, responsive services. You will provide daily admin support to the DD Area Manager, help manage payroll and DSP billing, and maintain certification records for staff and members.

You will attend planning meetings, build relationships with DSPs and families, and travel locally for meetings and visits while upholding high standards of ethics and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year experience in admin support, behavioral health, social work, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Data entry and time management capabilities.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout the Valley.
• Must be 18+, pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative and operational support to the DD Area Manager/Supervisor.
• Ensure smooth payroll and billing processes for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Maintain DSP compliance documentation and certification records.
• Attend and support planning meetings with members and families.
• Build strong relationships with DSPs, members, guardians, and internal staff.
• Travel locally throughout the Valley for meetings, home visits, and inspections.
• Help ensure services remain compliant, accurate, and responsive.
