• Extensive experience with NEPA or ESA document preparation for NMFS analyses.
• Familiarity with hatchery effects on resources and NMFS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Draft and complete NEPA and ESA effects evaluation and determination documents for NMFS WCR.
• Edit NEPA/ESA sections and respond to comments from co-managers and the public.
• QA/QC reviews, word processing, and final production of finished EIS and ESA documents.
