Job summary

Global Impact Group LLC seeks Hassaniya Arabic over-the-phone interpreters to support USCIS interviews and hearings. This remote role requires native fluency in Hassaniya Arabic and English, 2+ years in interpreting, and strict confidentiality under immigration standards.

You will handle scheduled and urgent assignments, participate in training, and have opportunities for advancement within a federal contract setting, with competitive pay and secure systems.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Hassaniya Arabic and English.
• Minimum 2 years interpreting experience (immigration, asylum, legal, government preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interpreter ethics, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to remain accurate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Hassaniya Arabic-English telephonic interpretation for USCIS interviews, hearings, and official proceedings.
• Interpret accurately, impartially, and professionally in immigration and asylum contexts.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with USCIS/DHS interpreter ethics and standards.
• Handle both scheduled assignments and urgent/surge interpretation requests.
• Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and QA audits.
