Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Hassaniya Arabic and English.
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (immigration, asylum, or government preferred).
• Strong knowledge of interpreter ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Hassaniya Arabic English telephonic interpretation for USCIS interviews and hearings.
• Interpret accurately, impartially, and professionally in immigration contexts.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with USCIS/DHS interpreter ethics and standards.
• Handle both scheduled assignments and urgent/surge interpretation requests.
• Participate in training, compliance refreshers, and QA audits.
