Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• IS/IT asset management experience.
• Software acquisition skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Excel and Access.
• Conceptual knowledge of Information Services/Technology.
• Knowledge in ServiceNow a plus.

Responsibilities

• Procure hardware and/or software licenses for internal customers with vendors.
• Enter asset or software license data into a predefined system; ensure accuracy.
• Track received data and source documents; resolve data questions.
• Perform data analysis and research to support licensing and inventory management.
• Classify newly installed client software and manage license reporting activities.
• Maintain hardware and software license information in tracking systems.
