This role will drive end-to-end automation initiatives and manage deployment management for the PM platform, collaborating with offshore teams and vendors. You will lead small to mid-size projects following GIS PM methodology, balance multiple priorities, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring timely documentation and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years working in IT or IT-adjacent fields.
• Experience managing projects, vendors, and teams.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques.
• Experience in Robotic Process Automation cognitive platforms is a plus.
• Demonstrated customer focus, interpersonal and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency.
• Manage the Project & Portfolio Management platform and deployment management.
• Collaborate with offshore support, service desk, and vendors.
• Monitor remediation efforts as part of the vulnerability program.
• Lead small to medium-scale projects using GIS PM methodology and change management.
• Balance multiple assignments, track risks and issues.
• Provide timely documentation and coordinate system upgrades and deployments.
• Improve relationships with customers and business partners to resolve issues.
