Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a GYN Sales Specialist to drive clinical and procedural excellence across SE Michigan. This remote role requires travel to multiple accounts within the territory, with a valid driver’s license expected.

You will build strategic plans, foster key relationships, and accelerate procedural adoption of the TruClear portfolio. You will engage stakeholders in clinical and administrative roles, manage opportunities, and contribute to above-market growth through education,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Must live within 50 miles of SE Michigan or be able to relocate.
• Experience communicating complex product information to clinical and administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive clinical and procedural excellence to achieve above-market growth.
• Develop strategic account plans and foster customer relationships across accounts.
• Execute competitive defense strategies and expand indications.
• Lead market development programs, therapy awareness initiatives, and training labs.
