Job summary

Bijou Getaways is hiring a Remote Operations Coordinator to ensure guest-ready properties. You will verify cleaning inspections, close bot-initiated alerts, and coordinate maintenance with cleaners and vendors while talking with guests by message and phone.

Qualifications

2–5 years in hospitality operations: housekeeping, QC, or guest coordination.
Excellent English (C1 level); clear, concise messaging.
Spanish is a strong plus; some vendors/workers speak Spanish.
Detail-oriented with strict adherence to processes and logs.

Responsibilities

Verify cleaning inspections and video walk-throughs 2 hours before check-in.
Close bot flags in Slack; acknowledge, act, and close with proof within 2 hours.
Approve or adjust maintenance dispatches based on facts; log decisions.
Keep Monday.com tasks accurate with clear owners and due dates; log as it happens.
Coordinate cleaners and vendors via WhatsApp and phone in English and Spanish.
Respond to guest messages and calls; resolve issues end-to-end; log outcomes.
Escalate bot data issues and ensure proper hand-off at end of shift.
