First Chair Destinations is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to assist guests across phone, email, SMS, and chat from a fully remote setup. You will collaborate with local field teams, handle reservations questions, and ensure timely problem resolution to enhance the guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality exposure, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple conversations while adapting to seasonal workload.

Formación

• Experience in hotel, hospitality or vacation rental is preferred.
• Independent work in a remote environment while staying connected.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with multitasking capability.
• Comfortable using multiple digital platforms and apps.
• Clear, thoughtful guest communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, timely guest assistance via phone, email, SMS, and chat.
• Address reservations, properties, check-in/out, payments, policies, and stay needs.
• Own guest questions and drive resolution with internal teams.
• Coordinate support with local Field Operations to resolve issues.
• Manage reservation changes, cancellations, refunds, and relocations.
• Document interactions accurately in company systems.
• Identify when to escalate to leaders for complex issues.
• Handle multiple conversations and tasks with accuracy.
• Follow policies while using good judgment to help guests and business.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent guest support.
• Adapt to changing priorities during peak seasons.
• Other duties as assigned in a dynamic hospitality environment.
