Job summary

Harbor Behavioral Health is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist (Go To Market) for a 5–6 month contract to design and implement scalable sales enablement learning across Client Engagement and Delivery teams.

The role requires strong instructional design, content development, and project management skills, with collaboration across leaders and SMEs to meet business priorities and maintain Harbor’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning & Development or related field.
• 7+ years of instructional design or L&D experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and digital modalities.
• Lead end-to-end learning projects from discovery to rollout and evaluation.
• Partner with GTM leaders and SMEs to translate needs into practical solutions.
• Create facilitator guides, participant materials, exercises, and assessments.
