Job summary

Calero in the United States (remote) seeks a GTM Learning & Development Manager to build and lead a comprehensive learning function for the global Go-to-Market organization. You will create foundations, structure, curricula, and ongoing learning strategy across GTM roles.

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will partner with leaders to develop role-based learning paths, onboarding programs, knowledge resources, and ongoing development for employees globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or related field.
• Experience designing onboarding programs, curricula, certifications, and ongoing learning initiatives.
• Experience supporting Go‑to‑Market functions preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business processes into scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a scalable learning function for the global Go-to-Market organization.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business objectives and growth.
• Own commercial learning initiatives with ongoing accountability and improvements.
• Design onboarding programs, role-based curricula, certifications, and learning pathways.
• Drive adoption of key tools and processes (Salesforce, Showpad, SalesLoft, LMS).
• Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps and develop scalable training content.
