Humana is seeking a Growth Strategy Principal to lead and deconstruct complex issues, perform targeted research, and craft actionable solutions. You will guide implementation considerations and partner with Humana’s executive leaders to drive growth across Medicare Advantage initiatives.

You will manage teams, synthesize strategic options, and influence through collaboration across the enterprise. A strong leadership and mentorship track is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 6-8+ years of full-time work experience in strategy roles or finance.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and mentor junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple high-profile strategy projects.
• Lead interviews and working sessions with Enterprise Growth and other leaders.
• Conduct industry, market, competitor, and financial analysis and distill insights.
• Create high-quality analyses and deliverables with clear findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate across the company to implement strategic initiatives.
