Mountain Ash is seeking a Remote Growth Product Marketing Manager to lead growth experiments and product marketing strategy for developer-focused products. You will partner with product, data, and marketing teams to drive funnel improvements and CRO across channels.

Qualifications

5+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, product management, or a hybrid of both, with experience in developer tools.
Track record in growth experimentation and core product marketing: research, messaging, ICP, GTM, and CRO.
Experience in acquiring net new developer audiences.
Comfortable pulling insights from product analytics, user interviews, web analytics, and campaign data.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with mobile DevOps, CI/CD, or developer infrastructure.
Familiarity with the React Native ecosystem.
Experience building a developer community presence organically (Reddit, developer forums, tech communities).

Responsibilities

Synthesize insights from user research, product analytics, and competitive intelligence into a prioritized hypothesis backlog.
Design and execute experiments across paid, organic, community, and product channels, hands‑on and with support.
Work cross‑functionally with product, data, and marketing to move experiments from hypothesis to live.
