Job summary

Gofractional is seeking a Fractional Growth Operator for its Photography SaaS and editing service. This remote, part-time role drives growth across content, email marketing, and customer win-back efforts with a focus on Instagram and Payhip storefront optimization.

You’ll own experiments, report weekly with numbers, and push 1–2 new growth channels while reducing churn and increasing LTV. Prior SaaS/e-commerce growth experience and data-driven decision making are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior SaaS/e-commerce growth experience.
• Ability to create short-form video content.
• Data-driven decision maker.
• Self-directed and proactive.
• Familiar with Payhip, ConvertKit/Kit, ManyChat/CreatorFlow and Instagram tools.
• Experience in photography industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Content creation and posting primarily on Instagram.
• Manage email marketing sequences and campaigns.
• DM automation funnel management.
• Churn reduction and win-back campaigns.
• Storefront optimization on Payhip (pricing, cross-sell/upsell).
• Test and scale 1–2 new growth channels (affiliate/referral, SEO, influencer partnerships).
• Weekly reporting of MRR, trials, churn, and drivers.
