Job summary

Gofractional is a fully remote marketing agency focused on specialty retail and product brands. We seek a fractional Operations Director to finalize project-management implementation, build repeatable systems, streamline the tech stack, and drive tactical initiatives.

You will unblock the founder, reduce hands-on micromanagement, and enable growth while working ~10 hours/week and coordinating across time zones near Colorado.

Qualifications

• Agency leadership experience at director/manager level.
• Hands-on PM platform implementation experience.
• Experience building SOPs, operating rhythms, and reporting.
• Marketing funnels and CMS/landing-page workflows experience.
• Automation platforms and consolidating tech stacks.
• Proven track record managing contractors/remote contributors.
• Self-starter with autonomous work style and stakeholder mgmt.
• Fractional/part-time consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Finalize project-management platform implementation: audit setup, configuration, workflows.
• Design and implement SOPs, workflows, and an operating cadence with SLAs and reporting.
• Manage timelines and client deliverables using contracts and PM tools.
• Lead initiative-based projects such as sales funnels and CMS/landing page builds.
• Oversee production operations for podcast, video, social, and newsletter.
• Streamline the tech stack and implement automations to reduce manual work.
• Source, vet, and onboard contractors or vendors for specialized tasks.
• Provide concise, options-based recommendations and execute with minimal supervision.
• Work as a fractional/part-time contributor (~10 hours/week) with ~two-hour TZ overlap with Colorado.
