Job summary

Hire Digital is seeking a freelance Digital Marketing Specialist to support growth initiatives across multiple channels, optimise websites, content and landing pages, and help expand the reach of leadership content.

You will work approximately 50 hours per month, coordinating with executives and creators, executing paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and similar platforms, and monitoring results to drive incremental improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, growth or audience development.
• Hands-on across multiple digital marketing channels.
• Working knowledge of SEO, content, analytics, and paid media.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to execute independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience supporting founders, thought leaders or personal brands preferred.
• Experience with AEO/AI search, community marketing or content distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing and audience growth across channels.
• Improve online visibility through SEO and content optimisation.
• Optimise website content, landing pages, and user journeys.
• Identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
• Support content distribution and amplify thought leadership.
• Assist with targeted paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta.
• Monitor performance, analyse results, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with PR, communications, and social media specialists.
