Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to support experiments that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment. You will execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, analyze results, and help scale what works.

Collaboration with content, design, and product teams will be key to developing growth-focused assets and maintaining an organized experiment backlog.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in growth or digital/ performance marketing.
• Hands-on with paid campaigns and conversion metrics.
• Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
• Curious, fast learner with bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Execute growth experiments across funnel stages.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn.
• Build and analyze performance reports to inform experiments.
• Support CRO on landing pages, emails, onboarding.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to test assets.
• Maintain experiment backlog and document learnings clearly.
