BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention by executing experiments and programs. You will contribute to a fast-moving, test-and-learn environment by running campaigns, analyzing results, and helping scale what works.

Collaborating with content, design, and product teams, you will build performance reports, optimize conversions, and maintain a clear backlog of learnings and recommendations in a remote, globally distributed setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns and optimizing for acquisition metrics.
• Comfort working with data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experience interpreting experiment results.
• Curious, fast-learning mindset with a bias toward action and measurable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention stages of the funnel.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Build and analyze performance reports, extracting insights to inform the next round of experiments.
• Support conversion rate optimization efforts on landing pages, emails, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop and test growth-focused assets.
• Maintain the experiment backlog and document results, learnings, and recommendations clearly.
