JobScore, Inc. is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to support the execution, reporting, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns and vendor relationships.

The role involves coordinating campaigns across search, social, display, and affiliates, managing partner spend, and building dashboards in Tableau or Looker for leadership insights.

This is a remote role in the United States, 40 hours per week, initially a 3-month assignment with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Strong Google Ads knowledge and app campaigns preferred.
• Experience building automated reports with dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels (search, social, display, affiliate).
• Coordinate with external partners, manage spend and pacing across data sources, onboarding new partners.
• Analyze marketing data, build dashboards in Tableau or Looker, and deliver KPI-aligned insights to stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing operations processes including POs, invoicing, and workflow submissions.
• Assist in development and execution of marketing tests and new initiatives.
