Job summary

DEPT® is seeking a Manager, Project Management to join our Creative & Media division in the United States. You will oversee day-to-day delivery of fast-moving paid media projects across social, search, and programmatic, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in an agency setting, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a knack for turning blockers into solutions while maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of agency experience managing paid media or integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of paid social, search, and programmatic.
• Proven project management with adaptability to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure with multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery across paid media projects (social, search, programmatic).
• Define requirements across media, creative, and strategy.
• Build timelines and coordinate deliverables using Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Act as glue between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support campaign setup, QA, approvals, and performance check-ins.
• Identify blockers and propose solutions to keep work on track.
• Drive process improvements from kickoff through reporting.
• Manage testing roadmaps and end-to-end test planning.
• Own project financials, budgets, and invoicing with finance.
