Job Title: Remote Growth Marketing Manager (100% Work From Home)
Location: Remote from Latin America, ideally Colombia
Position Type: Full-time
Salary:$2,500 - 3,200 USD/month depending on experience paid via Wise
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time

Trusted by thousands of brands and businesses, our platform enables users to plan, create, and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. They serve diverse sectors including restaurants, real estate, beauty, coaching, fitness, photography, and dental practices. After establishing a strong market position with successful marketing initiatives, we're now undergoing a strategic rebirth. They've recently invested in major product enhancements and strengthened our customer support offering, creating a solid foundation for our next phase of growth in the increasingly competitive social media management space.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our client's marketing efforts, spanning SEO, content, and performance advertising. This role requires a senior-level marketer who can think strategically while also being hands-on with execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SEO and content marketing, combined with the ability to optimize and manage Google Ads and other paid acquisition channels.

This is an opportunity to take their two main acquisition channels—SEO and paid ads—to the next level. You will lead, manage, and execute initiatives that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will work closely with the CEO and collaborate with the product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across marketing and growth objectives. The focus of the role will be SEO and CRO with an overview on paid channels which will sit within this roles remit, but will be executed by an ads manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop & Execute Growth Strategy – Define, execute, and optimize an acquisition strategy across SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • SEO & Content Marketing – Lead and prioritize SEO efforts, including keyword research, site structure, technical SEO improvements, and content creation. Develop and maintain a structured content calendar.
  • Performance Advertising – Manage and refine Google Ads (potentially replacing the existing agency), optimize campaigns, and explore additional paid channels where relevant.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Continuously improve landing pages, website funnel, and user journeys to maximize conversions.
  • Email Marketing & Automation – Develop email strategies to nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Monitor and analyze KPIs, including SEO rankings, ad performance, traffic, conversion rates, and lead quality.
  • Lead Nurturing & Funnel Optimization – Work on lead capture mechanisms and implement nurture sequences to move prospects through the funnel effectively.
  • Own Monthly & Yearly Growth Targets – Set and achieve marketing goals, including MRR growth, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
  • Experimentation & Innovation – Continuously test new approaches in messaging, campaign structure, and content formats.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong track record in growth-focused roles.
  • Expertise in SEO & content marketing – Deep understanding of keyword research, content strategy, link-building, and technical SEO.
  • Experience with Google Ads & performance marketing – Ability to optimize paid acquisition strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills – Ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS marketing – Understanding of sales cycles, lead generation, and product-led growth.
  • Strategic thinker & hands-on executor – You can develop big-picture marketing plans while also executing and iterating quickly.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools – Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar), email automation tools and CRM systems (HubSpot) and CMS tools (Webflow)
  • Fluent in English (C1+ level) – Ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
  • Startup mindset – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where you need to be proactive and adaptable.
Success of the Role
The success of the Growth Marketing Manager will be measured by their ability to drive meaningful and sustainable growth for the company.
Key expectations include:
  • Revenue Growth: Increase MRR by achieving a steady growth rate through both paid and organic channels.
  • SEO & Content Performance: Improve domain authority, increase organic traffic, and rank for high-intent keywords.
  • Paid Advertising ROI: Oversee Google Ads management and other paid channels to ensure cost-efficient acquisition with a strong return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate: Improve funnel efficiency by optimizing conversion pathways and increasing activation rates.
  • Marketing Automation & Engagement: Enhance email engagement rates and nurture leads effectively to maximize retention and expansion opportunities.
  • Ownership & Initiative: Proactively identify and implement growth strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives.
