• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies informed by consumer insights, data, and business priorities
• Translate research, analytics, and market signals into actionable marketing plans that drive performance across the full consumer journey
• Define audience strategies using segmentation, personas, and journey insights to deliver relevant, data‑driven campaigns
• Target key audiences by applying a strong understanding of all media channels, including digital and emerging channels, to deploy the most effective, data‑driven marketing mix
• Develop marketing strategies that support employer, payer, broker, consultant, referral, and other business audiences, while translating value propositions into customer‑centric messaging and campaigns
• Build integrated B2B and B2B2C marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion across complex decision‑making journeys
