Job summary

Leap Tools, based in Ontario, is seeking an ambitious marketing leader to drive a 10x revenue expansion by shaping GTM strategy and building a high-performing team. You will own product-driven messaging, plan investments, and lead end-to-end execution from concept to market impact.

You will apply a data-driven approach to demand generation, lead a growing marketing organization, and partner with executives to expand into existing and new markets worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading marketing at a high-growth B2B tech company.
• Ground-up experience as first marketing hire without venture backing.
• Ability to tell a compelling story to a global audience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Product-driven Strategy: Work with the CEO, VP of Product, VP of Revenue, and senior leadership to craft and iterate on GTM plans, ensuring all functional teams are aligned and equipped to accelerate deals and drive record-breaking sales pipeline growth.
• Planning and Investment: Set priorities and metrics, ensuring marketing investments and experiments unlock more growth and maximize ROI.
• Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of resourcefulness, ownership, and transformational results.
• Sales Insight and Market Positioning: Leverage your sales experience and deep understanding of our customers' purchase journeys to make significant improvements in our product messaging and positioning, customer engagement, and overall sales growth.
