ClassDojo is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition for Dojo Sparks and Dojo Islands. You will own strategy across paid and unpaid channels, run high-leverage experiments, and partner with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing to optimize onboarding and conversion.

Competenze

• 8+ years of growth, performance, or consumer marketing experience.
• Proven track record owning acquisition end-to-end.
• Strong analytical judgment with ROI and conversion focus.
• Experience as a generalist in small to mid-sized teams.
• Depth in at least one acquisition channel and broad knowledge across others.

• Set and own the strategy for new user acquisition across paid and unpaid channels, with an early focus on social and influencer partnerships.
