Job summary

Cochlear Americas is seeking a Market Development & Growth Specialist to translate growth strategies into actionable, localized plans and tools. You’ll build target lists, dashboards, and workflows to drive pipeline expansion and measure success with cross-functional teams.

You will work remotely with travel, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product/Clinical, and Operations to implement data-driven initiatives that accelerate growth while supporting cochlear hearing solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

3–5 years in market development, sales enablement, operations, or growth marketing.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and BI tools.
Ability to move between high-level analysis and concrete tool-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Translate growth objectives into localized market execution plans and account lists.
Extract, clean, and use CRM/commercial data to track campaigns and identify pipeline risks.
Build dashboards, workflows, and templates to improve execution and ROI.
Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Product/Clinical, Operations and external partners to adopt new tools.
