Job summary

Lean Marketing is seeking a Marketing & Business Coach who will coach at scale and take ownership of client outcomes. This role is remote and requires availability during North American business hours.

You’ll influence real businesses using Lean Marketing IP inside a fast-growing company with high standards and zero tolerance for passengers. Using Allan Dib's IP, you’ll help entrepreneurs build clear marketing systems, make better decisions, and create momentum in their businesses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years marketing experience.
• Coaching, consulting or teaching experience of any kind.
• Ability to diagnose business needs and design end-to-end marketing plans.

Responsibilities

• Coach active clients using Lean Marketing IP with measurable progress toward goals.
• Run high-impact coaching calls (1:many and 1:1) focused on diagnosis and actions.
• Create and review client marketing plans, messaging, and funnels.
• Hold clients to 90-day goals and KPIs.
• Guide clients in building in-house marketing systems and teams.
