Job summary

Lean Marketing is seeking a Marketing & Business Coach to coach at scale and own client outcomes. You will influence real businesses using proven IP and run daily coaching calls, async collaboration, and weekly internal coaching for coaches.

Minimum 5 years marketing experience with coaching, consulting, or teaching background. Fully remote role with high-trust culture and structured, outcome-driven coaching processes.

Qualifications

• Generalist marketing expertise (strategy → execution) and ability to translate into actionable plans.
• Copywriting and messaging fundamentals for client assets.
• Calm authority under pressure, provide clear direction and confidence.
• Comfortable leading rooms, steer conversations and set high standards.
• Fast-thinking, adaptable judgment to identify constraints and adjust strategies.
• Prescriptive coaching with decisive recommendations and outcomes focus.
• High care, accountability, and follow-through in client work.
• Clear written thinking and framework-driven communication.

Responsibilities

• Coach active clients using Lean Marketing IP to progress toward defined growth goals.
• Run high-impact coaching calls, both 1:many and 1:1, with diagnosis and prioritization.
• Create and review client marketing plans, messaging, and funnels; diagnose constraints and prescribe actions.
• Hold clients to 90-day goals and KPIs, tracking momentum and intervening when needed.
• Guide clients in building or improving in-house marketing systems and teams.
• Communicate with clients via async channels to drive momentum.
• Uphold Lean Marketing coaching standards and document patterns and wins.
