Job summary

RemodelBoom is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to own the build-out of a new service line. The role is fully remote, with direct access to the founders and a path to broader executive responsibility as the company scales.

You will lead ideation to revenue for a new offering, building operations in a lean, high-ownership environment and measuring impact on revenue and unit economics.

Qualifications

• Track record of taking a service from idea to revenue-generating.
• Experience building operations within a B2B online service-based business is preferred; experience serving the home improvement industry is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, testing, and launch of the new service line.
• Define the business case, delivery model, technology and staffing requirements, operating procedures, and success metrics for the new offering.
• Run structured pilots, assess client results and unit economics, and recommend whether the service should be refined, scaled, or discontinued.
• Integrate successful offering into the company's sales, fulfillment, account management, and reporting processes.
