Benda Infotech in the United States is seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our central operations team. You will design data-driven strategies to grow the business and work across marketing, ops and analytics to improve acquisition, retention and engagement.

The role supports dashboards, campaigns and performance reporting, enabling rapid, high-impact decisions. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years analytics experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and familiarity with SQL or Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with high academic achievement.
• 0–2 years professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in data analytics; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL/R/Python is a plus.
• Ambitious and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical tools to measure and improve customer acquisition/retention/engagement.
• Manage dynamic marketplaces using custom dashboards.
• Support project management and operations/marketing initiatives.
• Help manage and improve automated drip campaigns and campaign analyses.
• Draft copy for email, text and digital campaigns; run advertising programs.
