For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Algorithms to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will shape the data science vision for growth initiatives, with a focus on experimentation, personalization, and predictive decision-making across the customer lifecycle. The position will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to define analytics ownership, establish best practices, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes. It is a strong opportunity for a technical leader to guide high‑impact algorithmic work in a consumer‑facing retail environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,000 – $245,000 annually
