Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Group Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn group inquiries into confirmed trips. You will combine destination knowledge, group logistics, and a consultative sales approach to match teams, families, and friends with the right destination, accommodations, activities, and travel experiences.

Youll manage quotes, deposits, room blocks, and itineraries, communicate clearly, and build long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Interest in group travel, sports travel, corporate meetings and incentives, or family reunions.

Responsibilities

Connect with group leaders to understand trip goals, group size, budget, and dates.
Recommend destinations, hotels, and activities that fit purpose and budget.
Convert inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone.
Explain deposits, cancellations, and rooming lists clearly.
Coordinate room allocations, contracts, deposits, and final payments.
Handle changes and questions promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Share insights on destinations and group experiences for repeat business.
Build post-booking relationships to foster repeat trips.
