Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Group Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to transform group inquiries into confirmed itineraries. You will blend destination knowledge with logistics, pricing, and a consultative sales approach to match teams, families, and groups with the right destination and experiences.

You’ll manage quotes, contracts, deposits, and special requests, while building lasting partnerships and growth opportunities in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in group travel and sales-driven planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Strong organizational skills for multi-quote coordination.
• Comfort with technology, booking platforms, CRM, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Connect with group leaders to understand trip goals, size, budget, dates, and must-have experiences.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, room blocks, transport, and activities to fit the group and budget.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain deposits, payments, cancellations, rooming lists, name changes, and travel requirements.
• Coordinate room allocations, group rates, contracts, deposits, and final payments.
• Handle changes and questions promptly so groups feel supported from quote to return.
• Share insights on destinations, group-friendly venues, and seasonal opportunities.
• Build post-booking relationships for repeat trips and referrals.
