Job summary

Destination Careers is seeking a Remote Group Travel Coordinator to help groups plan and coordinate travel for events and reunions. This remote, flexible role offers comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn commission on eligible bookings with no guaranteed hourly wage, while receiving access to travel resources and a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and group travel options.
• Prepare customized travel proposals and itineraries.
• Coordinate reservations with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and travel suppliers.
• Assist with rooming lists, payment schedules, and travel documentation.
• Maintain accurate booking records and client communications.
• Provide professional support before, during, and after travel.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
